Terms of Service
Draft. These terms cover the private test of Vireo Studio. Reviewed terms take effect on the public launch date and will be posted here.
These terms are an agreement between you and Zumintel LLC ('Vireo Studio', 'we', 'us') for the use of the Vireo Studio website and app (the "service"). By using the service you accept them.
1. The service
Vireo Studio turns video and audio you upload into dubbed versions in other languages, with transcripts, translations, subtitles and related files. During the private test, access is by invitation, features may change, and the service may be paused or end at any time.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us at once at support@vireostudio.app if you think someone else has used it.
3. Your content and rights
- You keep all rights in the files you upload and in the dubs, subtitles and texts made from them.
- You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content, including through the providers named in the privacy policy, only as needed to provide the service to you.
- You confirm that you own your content or have every permission needed to translate, dub and publish it, including from the people whose voices and images it contains.
- For a cloned voice, you confirm that the speaker has agreed to it. Cloned voices may be used only for your own projects with that speaker's consent.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- infringe copyright or other rights, or dub content you are not allowed to use;
- imitate a real person's voice without their consent, mislead people about who is speaking, or commit fraud;
- create unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content, or content involving minors in any harmful way;
- break, overload, probe or get around the service's limits or security, or resell it without our agreement.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we respond to valid copyright notices sent to support@vireostudio.app.
5. Machine-made output
Transcripts, translations and voices are made by automated systems and can contain mistakes. Review them before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.
6. YouTube
If you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Vireo Studio changes your videos only when you click Push, and only the items you ticked. How YouTube data is handled is in the privacy policy.
7. Plans, credits and payment
During the private test the service is free for invited testers, within the limits shown in the app. Paid plans, their prices, renewals and refunds will be set out here before they open, and you will see the price before you pay.
8. Ending
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or when the private test ends; we will try to give you time to download your files.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or US$50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post changes here, change the date above, and email you about important ones. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zumintel LLC is organised. Questions: support@vireostudio.app.
